As your coach I hold you accountable towards your goals and action steps which you set yourself. I am your virtual cheerleader celebrating your successes, building you up and motivating you when you can't do it yourself. I am going on a journey with you to make sure you will reach your desired goals and transformation. I am always honest with you and will be telling you uncomfortable truths you may not want to hear. That's part of your personal growth and transformation. Progress is not linear, it comes with the ups and downs. I've been where you are. I get you and I truly care about each person I work with.

Yes. I hold a life coaching diploma with the centre of excellence, I am certified in the "Clique Method" by Dani Watson and I've been trained and mentored by world famous life coach Mary Morrissey and her BraveThinkingInstitue (BTI): The Premier Training Center for Transformational Coaching. Additionally I am fully certified in using and teaching Mary's proven and reliable DreamBuilder system. I also hold a "Law of Attraction" diploma and I am a certified NLP practitioner. Apart from my certifications I have over ten years experience in leadership and management as well as training and coaching in corporate environments.

I believe in "you get out what you put in". I know my programmes work and give the desired results as they've worked for me and many clients. The DreamBuilder programme for example has transformed the lives of thousands and is a proven and reliable system developed by world famous life coach Mary Morrissey. Combined with EFT and NLP it will give you desired results and a powerful, personal transformation. HOWEVER, if you do not want to make decisions, do things differently, take actions or if you are not honest with yourself, then you will most likely not see the desired results. If you do what you've always done you get what you always got. So if you're ready for change and follow the steps and the proven and reliable system you will see results. The best thing about the programme is not just reaching your goals but your personal transformation and the person you are becoming in the process. You can compare life coaching to working with a personal coach. The coach can design your work out and meal plans so you can get the desired results (e.g. losing weight, build muscles etc) but in the end you have to follow the plan in order to get the result. If you choose to not work out and eat what you've always eaten you would probably also not be surprised that nothing changed. It is the same with life coaching where most of your work is mindset work and overcoming your limiting beliefs and tackling fear and doubt. If you're following the process and do the work you will see results.

The DreamBuilder programme is a proven and tested success system designed by world famous life coach Mary Morrissey and the Brave Thinking Institue. The tools nd principles have helped me transform my own life in amazing ways and have also helped thousands of people all over the world, over the past 30 years see amazing transformation in the shortest period of time with the greatest ease and fun. Hence I decided to get trained and certified in this system so I can use it in my own coaching programmes and provide transformation for my clients too. I put my own spin to it and include NLP and EFT in between the different phases to ensure change and transformation on a subconscious level as well. The combination of both is the recipe for success for me and my clients.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

The main and very simple differentiation is that counselling or therapy mainly deals with the past (e.g. traumas) and working through this. Life coaching on the other hand is future and goal oriented. It is about the clients transformation to get from where they are now to where they would like to be. It includes getting clear on what it is they really want, clarity, goal setting, accountability and helping the client with their mindset, changing limiting beliefs and pushing through the ups and downs of the transformation process. Anyone can do it alone but it requires a lot of willpower which many of us do not have. A coach will help with this, will motivate, will put you back on track when you want to give up and will ensure you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

These are some of the paradigms most of us have when we really want something. Your mind does not like change and always wants to keep you save in your comfort zone. So when you start making decisions towards a better version of yourself you will encounter the paradigms (limiting beliefs and thought patterns). the most common ones are "I don't have the money", "I don't have time", "I want to but maybe later". NLP is short for Neuro- linguistic programming and is method to changing someone’s thoughts and behaviors to help them achieve a desired outcome. NLP can help overcome anxiety or phobias, can increase someone's performance at work or personal happiness. It can be used in a variety of ways and is highly effective as it works on a subconscious level. Your conscious mind is logical and analytical and judges and then decides what is possible. The subconscious mind on the other hand holds a persons beliefs, values, motivations etc many of which were formed in childhood and you are not even aware of them. This is why when you belief something, weather or not it is true, you will behave as if it is or you will always "act" like the person you think you are. When your self image is not aligned with what you want you end up self sabotaging yourself. You will end up frustrated and move further away from your goal. NLP can help align your self image with what you want to achieve.

What does EFT mean?

What does EFT mean?

EFT is short for emotional freedom technique and is also called tapping technique. EFT is considered one of the most powerful and quickest ways to ease strong emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger, overwhelm and also helps in changing beliefs we hold about ourselves. It involves tapping on certain meridian points (or energy hotspots) to balance the body's energy and provides almost instant relief.
